Nitt can talk with NPCS more better!!

Before this Update NPCS's dialog bubbles where just a sign without any animation. In this Update that thing changed, and now every NPC has the typing effect that everyone of us love.

1. Fixed bug when stopping the conversation with Joker Ghost (final ghost), dialog didn't reset
2. Fixed bug when Nitt is auto descending at the same time the game has been paused
3. Minimal Tutorial map changes
